As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for the whole customer cycle: from lead generation to ultimate success and evangelism.

Your recipe for success
- Fluent in English (near native-speaker level)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn different tools and platforms
- Strongly goal-oriented person
- A good understanding of customer success metrics and KPIs
- Experience in sales, customer support, customer success or other similar position are considered an advantage
- Experience in the SaaS, IT or similar sector are considered an advantage
- Experience with different CRM or sales tools are considered an advantage
