As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for the whole customer cycle: from lead generation to ultimate success and evangelism.

Your  recipe for success

  • Fluent in English (near native-speaker level)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Tech-savvy and quick to learn different tools and platforms
  • Strongly goal-oriented person
  • A good understanding of customer success metrics and KPIs
  • Experience in sales, customer support, customer success or other similar position are considered an advantage
  • Experience in the SaaS, IT or similar sector are considered an advantage
  • Experience with different CRM or sales tools are considered an advantage
