Evalato elevates winner recognition with new lists and awards features

One of Evalato’s core principles is to recognize the worthiest winners and we’re elevating this to a whole new level with the latest update — customizable Winner lists and Awards that will give you a lot more variety and options in showcasing results and winners — both on a dedicated page and your website.
Introducing Winner Lists
Evalato now features Winner Lists which give you extra tools to show results and celebrate winners. Just like all things Evalato, they are incredibly easy to set up and customize to cater to a variety of use cases, including:
Displaying a list of your finalists (be it from a specific round, category, or overall), to keep all parties updated and engaged in your awards program with information on who has made it to the next stage.
Any type of shortlist, regardless of whether it is an interim or the last stage of your program.
An index or a powerlist (e.g. Top 10 best awards managers) with all relevant information about those who made the list.
Showing all entries that you received during your program.
Preparing a list of winners, complete with scores, the type of award they won, etc.
Multiple lists, such as featuring winners on one list and using another to display all participating entries for reference.
Customizable to the last detail
The new feature comes packed with multiple customization options to, adapt to your program needs and preferences:
You can opt to display results and winners as lists or in a gallery view, with the latter option being the perfect choice for more visual content-focused programs such as photo contests.
You can select which entries to display, with the Evalato awards software further giving you the option to customize filtering, sorting, and ranking.
You can customize which entry elements to make public, and whether to tease viewers with a preview.
The best part? You now have the option to choose where to display the Winner Lists.
Take advantage of the Evalato-generated page that offers a dedicated space for results and winners.
Embed the lists on your website with a simple copy-paste to ensure an uninterrupted user experience.
Awards
This Evalato update also comes with visual badges that you can add to selected entries and then visualize on the public Winner Lists.
This feature boosts recognition and enhances the visual impact of the respective Winner List.
You get to determine the visibility, choosing between public and private.
Improved integrations
In addition to showcasing winners, this time around we’ve also improved Evalato’s integrations which will help you supercharge your program.
Stripe
We’ve improved Evalato’s integration with Stripe with more payment methods.
It is now possible to activate more payment methods directly from the Stripe panel.
Some payment methods have been removed from the Evalato admin since they are now accessible directly from Stripe, making the overall process of setting up payments for your program more straightforward.
Zapier
We have also improved Evalato’s integration with Zapier by adding a new trigger for an updated registration.
This will enable you to keep track of added or removed entries.
You also get to stay on top of price changes and registration info for better control of your program.
Other improvements
But that’s not all — this Evalato update features additional improvements to the awards management software, including:
An option to limit the number of files in the application form, giving you even more customizability and control when asking your applicants for files, galleries, links, and media embeds.
Tag filtering in custom emails for better segmentation when sending emails to applicants.
Positional voting by category to enable judges to rank preferences for every category they have been assigned, in addition to ranking preferences just once for all assigned entries.
