The business software discovery platform’s ranking algorithms are based on market position, offering, user satisfaction, web presence, and other factors used to rank all software products. The “Happiest Users” badge gets awarded to vendors with happy customers and lots of positive satisfaction signals. Only about 10% of solutions ever receive this accolade.
